Machine Head always know how to put up an amazing show: tight, well-balanced between all their albums, and violent. Tonight was no exception, and the crowd was wild for the band. Rob kept thanking us, and even played a bonus song, just cause he was having too much fun: he did a cover of Metallica's Creeping Death. The setlist was like this: Imperium, take my scars, blood(sweat/tears, none but my own, left unfinished, ten ton hammer, trephination, burning red, in the presence of my enemies, blood for blood, descend, davidian, (creeping death), block. What a show!!!

The whole band: right to left, Adam Duce @ the bass, Rob Flynn @ voice and guitar and Phil Demmel @ lead guitar. Sadly, you're not seeing mr. Dave McClain, hidden behind the drumkit. |

Robert looking busy with his guitar. |
And now he looks busy screaming... |
Who's the monster hiding behind a mass of hair? That's true headbanging for you!!! |
Ahhh... here's a closeup on the "hair monster": Adam Duce. What? You'd preferred if his hair stayed over his face? Ahahah... c'mon! |
He slams the bass real hard! |
Here's a "slightly-out-of-focus atmospheric-pic"! |
Rob was wearing an amazing tshirt! And look, you can see his Machine Head tattoo on his right bicep. That's one of the coolest logos out there. |
He surely puts passion in his singing-style...! |
Here's the new guitarist, Phil Demmel. He was in Vio-Lence before joining Machine Head: curiously enough, before fouding the band, Rob Flynn himself was in Vio-Lence! |
Flying V! |
No, it wasn't snowing in the club... I just messed up with the digicam's ISO settings! |
Rob looking well pleased at the crowd. The club was sold-out and very hot for the band! |
The best way to celebrate the show was having a toast with the crowd, then. Cheers! |
